Meeting of the Strategic Vision Group "Russia - Islamic World"

 
A regular meeting of the Strategic Vision Group "Russia - Islamic World" was held on the 9th of June, 2021.

The meeting was headed by R.N. Minnikhanov, the President of the Tatarstan Republic, the Chairman of the Strategic Vision Group "Russia - Islamic World". V.V. Naumkin, the Scientific Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and A.K. Alikberov, the Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies, Doctor of Historical Sciences, took part in the meeting as well. 

At the meeting R.N. Minnikhanov presented to V.V. Naumkin diploma of the Prize winner of the International Prize named after E.M. Primakov, for the scientific publication “Failed Partnership. Soviet Diplomacy in Saudi Arabia between the World Wars” and contribution to strengthening mutual understanding and cooperation between the Russian Federation and the countries of the Islamic world.
